Ounce Sachs is building a next-generation premium beauty and wellness group founded on proprietary scientific innovation, exceptional brand creation and long-term shareholder value.
Inspired by the portfolio philosophy of the world’s leading luxury groups, we develop distinctive brands with their own identity, heritage and purpose.
MEDUSA, the original investment established in 2016, laid the foundations of Ounce Sachs’ scientific journey. Following three years of independent development and testing in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Interfacial Engineering and Biotechnology (IGB), the platform reached commercial readiness in 2019 and has since evolved into a globally recognised professional surface technology.
Building on that scientific foundation, HYGIACTIVIA, founded in Paris, applies advanced cosmetic science to premium hand care, while POMME Kids, founded in Saint-Tropez, introduces a new generation of premium cosmetic hand care created specifically for children. With its first boutique planned for Saint-Tropez, the long-term vision is international expansion through leading prestige beauty retailers.
United by scientific innovation, European heritage and disciplined execution, our ambition is to build a globally recognised portfolio of premium brands and position Ounce Sachs for institutional investment and, ultimately, a future U.S. public listing.

Founded by Ounce Sachs in 2019, MEDUSA is a next-generation surface disinfection platform developed to deliver broad-spectrum bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal performance.
The technology was designed to provide extended residual surface protection, with testing indicating sustained efficacy against a range of pathogens following application.
Since its inception, MEDUSA has been the subject of commercial development initiatives, regulatory evaluation and market interest across multiple jurisdictions.
In March 2024, MEDUSA became the subject of a commercial transaction involving CS Diagnostics Corp. Certain rights associated with the technology subsequently formed part of contractual arrangements between the parties.
Those arrangements have since become the subject of unresolved contractual disputes, including formal notices relating to alleged breaches and non-performance. Ounce Sachs continues to reserve all rights in relation to MEDUSA and associated intellectual property, technologies and commercial interests.
Notwithstanding these matters, Ounce Sachs remains committed to the continued development, commercialization and advancement of MEDUSA through appropriate commercial and strategic channels.
Hygiactivia represents the next application of Ounce Sachs’ formulation-led development model, translating long-duration antimicrobial performance into a premium cosmetic format.
Positioned at the intersection of luxury fragrance and functional personal care, the formulation is designed for repeat daily use, combining sustained residual efficacy with refined fragrance profiles and high-end cosmetic presentation.
Initial production has been intentionally constrained, with early validation demonstrating full sell-through at premium pricing and demand exceeding initial supply. This controlled release has provided proof of positioning, pricing acceptance and market appetite ahead of broader scale.
Building on this foundation, Hygiactivia is now progressing through a structured partner engagement phase, with the objective of aligning with a strategic operator capable of supporting international manufacturing, distribution and brand development.
Based on current positioning and early market response, the opportunity is considered to sit within a multi-million valuation range, with outcomes dependent on partner alignment and execution at scale.
