OUR HISTORY
The Ounce Sachs story began in 2016 with an ambition to explore how advanced formulation science could be translated into meaningful protection technologies and distinctive consumer experiences. What followed was not a single product launch, but a period of development: formulations refined, technologies explored, independent scientific relationships established and specialist brands progressively created around different applications and audiences. A decade later, those foundations come together within Ounce Sachs — a Group entering a new phase of institutional development while preserving the entrepreneurial and scientific thinking from which it began.
GROUP HISTORY
FOUNDATION OF OUNCE SACHS
Ounce Sachs is founded, establishing the foundations for what would become a specialist portfolio spanning protection science, healthcare and personal care.
2017
FIRST DEVELOPMENT OF MEDUSA
Initial formulation and development work begins on Medusa, marking the first stage in the creation of the Group’s specialist protection portfolio.
2018
MEDUSA
Medusa is formally established, translating the preceding development work into the first specialist House within the emerging portfolio.
2019–2025 — EDITABLE HISTORICAL MILESTONES: verified events, developments and validation records to be added.

Much of the Ounce Sachs story has taken place away from public view. The years preceding the Group’s current chapter were defined by formulation development, testing, refinement and the creation of the intellectual and commercial foundations from which its Houses could develop. That period matters. Ounce Sachs enters its next phase not from a standing start, but with experience accumulated over approximately a decade.

Ounce Sachs enters a new phase of its development: bringing its Houses, scientific foundations and intellectual property together within an increasingly institutional Group structure designed for long-term growth.
