01 — OUNCE SACHS GROUP
An intellectual-property group, created with patience.
Ounce Sachs has been built around the creation, ownership and commercialisation of proprietary formulations, technologies, brands, product concepts, packaging systems and associated intellectual property. Rather than beginning as a conventional sales-led consumer business, the Group spent its formative years developing the underlying assets from which distinctive businesses could be built.
More than US$4 million of founder capital has supported scientific and laboratory development, formulation work, technical validation, intellectual property, product development, design and commercial preparation.
03 — OUR STORY
04 — CREATE. VALIDATE. COMMERCIALISE.
CREATE
The first stage established the proprietary formulations, technical know-how, scientific concepts, trademarks, product formats, packaging systems and commercial intellectual property from which the Group could be built.
VALIDATE
Scientific and laboratory work, technical claims, manufacturing pathways, regulatory preparation, packaging development and brand positioning transformed underlying assets into a defined multi-brand portfolio.
COMMERCIALISE
The next phase brings those years of work into international activity through regulatory execution, manufacturing readiness, distribution relationships, market launches and thoughtful expansion.

05 — SCIENCE × DESIGN
Where science becomes desirable.
Ounce Sachs operates between technical credibility and consumer desire. The Group believes credible science, proprietary innovation and exceptional product design can be held to the same standard — then expressed differently for distinct audiences.
06 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The assets behind the brands.
Ownership of what differentiates the Group.
Ounce Sachs’ assets extend beyond finished products: proprietary formulations, confidential technical know-how, scientific work, trademarks, domains, product architecture, packaging systems, industrial design, visual identities, regulatory development and commercial documentation. The Group seeks to retain ownership and control of the high-value intellectual property underlying its brands.
Disciplined ownership. Specialist partnership.
The Group concentrates internal value around intellectual property, formulation, science, brand creation, product architecture and commercial rights. Specialist partners can provide manufacturing, laboratory testing, logistics and territorial distribution. This model protects the assets that matter most, while enabling considered expansion through expertise.
07 — THE HOUSE OF BRANDS
Conceived with an international horizon.
The initial commercial strategy places emphasis on Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, followed by selected opportunities in Europe, Hong Kong and the United States. Expansion will be undertaken selectively through appropriate regulatory pathways, manufacturing arrangements, strategic relationships and distribution partners — never for expansion’s sake alone.
