Following a decade of development across formulation science, intellectual property and specialist Houses, Ounce Sachs is entering its next phase with a private-capital strategy focused on commercialisation, institutional development and long-term growth.

An independent valuation completed on 2 August 2026 assessed the Ounce Sachs portfolio at approximately US$37.66 million, providing an independent reference point for the Group’s intellectual-property and brand portfolio as it enters its next stage of development.
